My own analytics
service for a client

I built end-to-end analytics for a company selling author-led tours: one live screen in Telegram that shows what every ad spend brings back. No developers, no subscription.

Analytics that fits in a pocket

Problem
Marketing was running blind. Leads, ad spend and sales lived in three different systems, so nobody could say which channel actually brought paying clients. Ready-made end-to-end analytics services exist, but they cost hundreds of pounds a month and are built for generic processes.
Insight
What the team needs is one screen that everyone trusts, in the place they already spend their day: Telegram.
Move
Built a Telegram mini app for our author-led tours business, without a development team. Live data comes from Bitrix24, Yandex Direct and Yandex Metrica through their APIs and refreshes every hour. It runs on its own server and opens from a button in Telegram. Access is by username with roles: the manager configures, the team views.
Result
A custom analytics service with the depth of a paid one, running for £0 a month. Marketing, sales and the CEO now see the same numbers in real time and decide on data, not by feel.

The app in action. Interface in Russian, revenue figures hidden.

02 What it shows

Every number a marketer asks for

Funnel
Visits, leads, sales and revenue on one screen, for each source.
Ads
Spend, CPL, cost per client, cost share of revenue (DRR), ROMI and ad account balance, with Yandex Direct split into Search and the ad network.
Leads and deals
By channel and by destination, opening down to a single deal with a link to the CRM.
Clients
Customer value (LTV) and repeat sales.
Trends
Charts for any period.
Plan
Monthly plan with a pace forecast, and Telegram alerts when CPL rises or the ad account balance is running out.
Traffic team
A separate tab with totals and metrics by channel, opening down to leads.
Handover

Handed over to the client: the app runs on their own server, the manager sets who sees what, and the team uses it every day. It was built around their process, so new metrics can be added without a new subscription.
