A salt cave in a town of about 60,000 people needed first time visitors, and a trial session for £3 is an easy offer to ignore.
Insight
In a small town, people do not need more information. They need a reason to try, and a small moment that feels like a gift.
Move
Designed the customer journey and a game world around the salt cave: a 30 second quiz that tells you what the cave would do for you, and a mini game with gifts. The quiz lives in a Telegram bot and ends with a free first session.
The Telegram bot in action, with sound. Interface in Russian, a phone number is blurred.
02 The funnel
From first tap to a booked visit
Landing
Built a landing page by vibe coding, with the sound of the sea.
Payments
Automatic payment through the site and the bot with Prodamus, and instant notifications to the owner.
Referrals
A referral mechanic: a booked guest can send a friend an invitation.
Retention
Automatic return of people who abandoned their cart, and an automatic follow up after the visit.
Analytics
The whole funnel tracked with goals in Yandex Metrica.
03 How it was built
An AI team instead of a team
Problem
A small business cannot afford a marketer, a salesperson and a researcher.
Move
Assembled an AI team of three: an AI marketer, an AI salesperson and an AI researcher, and built the funnel with them.
Result
A complete, automated funnel, from the first game to the owner receiving a booking.
